Sometimes the HR profession is wrongly labelled as ‘fluffy’, however, our founder, Karen Milner, is anything but. With experience as a board level HR director, her success lies in making sure that the people agenda is always aligned with the overall business objectives and growth.
Karen is passionate about the education, skills and employment agenda and has brought this focus into her consultancy. Her ambition is to encourage and support employers to formulate people interventions that drive their businesses forward. Her approach is consultative, always practical and applied, and collaborative with existing HR teams.
